Keeping on top of safety certificates, renewals and the new rental property register takes time. JN Compliance & Safety Solutions manages it for you: pay £49 once per property and you're covered for as long as you're registered with us — no subscriptions, no monthly fees.

Property compliance review

We gather your property details, record your existing certificates and identify anything missing — Gas Safety (CP12), EICR, EPC, licensing and more.

Certificate tracking & reminders

We track every expiry date and email you 60 and 30 days before a certificate is due, so nothing lapses.

Renewals arranged for you

When a certificate is due we can book the inspection through our approved contractor network, including Eco Approach. You only pay for inspections when they're needed.

Everything in one secure folder

Certificates and compliance documents stored in your private online folder — view or download them anytime for inspections, audits or the rental property register.

Landlords submit their own Government registration (£65 per property each year, paid to the Government) — we make sure every document is ready. Portfolio landlords: ask us about a tailored arrangement.
